A Second Chance for a Better Life
We believe a person can change. In our 12 residential substance abuse treatment programs and community release centers throughout the state, individuals with substance abuse and criminal histories are given the tools to change their lives and transition back into society. Our men and women participate in substance abuse treatment, random drug testing, job and life skills training, education and vocation courses, and in-program counseling and curfews.
Bridges International program participants are thankful for an opportunity to better themselves. They receive structure and guidance and are required by the program and the terms of their release to fulfill their responsibilities.
Excited to work and take a positive step in their lives, the men and women in our programs:
- Want to work
- Have completed a 40-hour Employment Skills training
- Do not take vacation time
- Work weekends and holidays
- Have reliable transportation
- Are drug and alcohol-free
- Are consistently on-time
- Are supervised by a Bridges International Employment Specialist
Incentives for Businesses
Unlike a staffing agency, there is no fee to hire employees from Bridges International. Employers can visit the site and interview on property to save money and advertising fees. If you are looking for multiple candidates, consider having an on-site hiring event at one of our facilities. As an employer, you also have the option to advertise for free on our website.
